• Delivery: Estimated delivery times are provided on the checkout page and may vary based on your location. We make every effort to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party couriers. We may, at our discretion, ship your order in multiple instalments unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
   

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges subject to the following conditions:

• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Condition of Items: Items must be returned in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Non-Refundable Items: Some items, such as sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

• Faulty Items: In the event that an item is deemed faulty by our discretion, we may elect to repair, replace or provide credit.

• Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@nelailabel.com for instructions. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We are under no obligation to accept returns unless agreed in writing.
  Due to the inherent characteristics of textiles, slight variations in colour or shade may occur between different batches of goods. The customer acknowledges that such goods are non-returnable for credit or any other reason.
   

Sale Terms & Conditions

• Promotional discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, and this promotion cannot be applied retroactively.

• The promotion is only valid on selected Nelai The Label Pty Ltd products featured in the online sale category.

• Nelai The Label Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the sale promotion at its sole discretion.

• Items purchased prior to the sale launch are not eligible for partial refunds or the application of discounts. No further discounts can be applied to previous purchases.
